Tim R. Taylor is Vice President for Leasing of Prince George's Metro Center, Inc., which is developing University Town Center. As Vice President for Leasing, Mr. Taylor is responsible for all aspects of leasing, lease negotiation, and marketing for University Town Center’s current 1.4 million square feet of office space, the planned additional two million square feet of office space and 350,000 square feet of retail space. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from American University in 1968. He has sixteen years of experience in commercial real estate, joining Prince George's Metro Center, Inc., in 1990 after four years with Julian J. Studley. He has leased almost two million square feet of office space during his career, and has managed construction and renovation projects of over 500,000 square feet.
