Student Housing

The Towers at UTC is a sixteen-story, 910-bed student housing building. The building on Belcrest Road features upscale two, three and four bedroom student suites each with its own bathroom adjacent to a common living room, dining room, kitchen and utility closet. There are also two other apartment configurations in the building. The building’s common areas include game rooms, an exercise facility, computer rooms, tanning booths, bathtubs and gardens. The student housing building is managed by JPI Services, and opened in August of 2006.
