Samuel E. Tucker is the Vice President – Finance of Prince George's Metro Center, Inc., which is developing University Town Center. As chief financial officer for Prince George's Metro Center, Inc., he operates its accounting department and is involved in the placement and negotiating of all financing. He earned Bachelor’s degrees in Production Management and Accounting from the University of Maryland in 1972 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1973. He has been part of the professional staff of Prince George's Metro Center, Inc., and its affiliate, the former Quad Construction Corporation, since 1987.
