Express Pay

Garage A and B are automated garages. For quick departure visit an Express Pay station on the way back to your car. The Express Pay station in Garage A is located on the P2 level elevator lobby near Constitution Drive, and in Garage B on the P4 level near Independence Plaza.

Remember to take your parking ticket with you after you park. Pay for your parking at an Express Pay station when you return to the garage. Use your processed parking ticket from the Express Pay machine as an exit pass at the gate. It’s really fast!

Garage A

1455 space, six level parking garage with both daily and monthly parking. Entrances on Toledo Road and Democracy Way. Closest visitor parking for:

Garage B

1150 space, four level parking garage with both daily and monthly parking. Entrances on America Boulevard, Freedom Way West and from the Metro 3 access driveway. Closest visitor parking for:

• Retail shops and restaurants
• Metro 1 offices
• Regal Royale Stadium 14 Theatre
• One Independence Plaza
• The Towers student residences
• Independence Plaza
• Plaza Lofts 22 (future)

Metro 3 Surface Parking Lot

Daily parking for Kaiser Permanente, monthly parking for the Towers residents, monthly parking for Metro 3 and Metro 4 offices. Entrance for Kaiser lot and Towers lot from Belcrest Road, entrance to monthly office parking lot from Toledo Road.

Retail Surface Lot and Street Parking

The 60-space retail lot can be quickly accessed from UTC's entrance off of East-West Highway via America Boulevard or Democracy Way. Paperless multi-space meters operated by the City of Hyattsville are available for short-term parking up to 1 hour. Current rates are 25 cents per 20 minutes with an additional 60 spaces on America Boulevard, Liberty Lane, and Freedom Way.
