Come Grow With US…
University Town Center’s
conceptual design incorporates its existing four office
buildings and three new residential projects. The current
phase of development features a new, vibrant town center
featuring wide pedestrian-friendly sidewalks on America
Boulevard, sites for outdoor cafes, student housing, restaurants,
retail shops, and outdoor art displays.
UTC's current five office buildings are surrounded
by new, beautifully landscaped sidewalks with retail shops
adjacent to them. Independence Plaza is at the center of
UTC with gardens, seating areas, interactive fountain, and
other amenities. Just opposite Independence Plaza between
the Metro 2 and Metro 4 office buildings is the Regal
Royale 14 stadium theater. UTC's two parking garages
are complimented with surface parking and metered street
parking. The UTC campus is the perfect setting to live,
work, and play!
