Chris R. Hanessian is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Prince George's Metro Center, Inc., and University Town Center, LLC. As the Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for overseeing and managing all activities of the various affiliated companies. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Miami University, and a Master’s degree in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University School of Business. Mr. Hanessian joined Prince George's Metro Center, Inc. and an affiliate, Quad Construction Corporation in 1985. Prior to that, he worked with architectural firms in Washington, D.C. and Silver Spring, Maryland. Mr. Hanessian has extensive experience in real estate business management, property acquisitions, building and master plan design, strategic planning, and all aspects of development of office, retail, multi-family residential, and student housing product. He has participated in real estate development in counties throughout Maryland and Virginia.
